By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

Our registered business address is not necessarily the address used for product returns. Customers must contact us and receive return instructions before sending any product.

2. Eligibility to Use the Website

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that:

• handmade or decorative products may have small variations; and

• product appearance may differ slightly from photographs without affecting its main characteristics or intended use.

Material differences that affect the product’s function, safety, value, or main characteristics will not be treated as minor variations.

Customers should read the complete product description, size guide, age recommendation, safety information, and package contents before placing an order.

5. Children’s Products and Safety

Customers are not required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. Any applicable import charges are covered by Moudier, so the amount displayed at checkout is the final amount the customer will pay.

After an order is submitted, the customer may receive an automated order confirmation email. This email confirms that we received the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is normally accepted when:

• a dispatch or shipping confirmation is issued.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before dispatch when reasonably necessary, including when:

• the delivery address is incomplete or unsupported;

When we cancel a paid order before dispatch, the amount charged will be refunded to the original payment method.

We will not substitute a product without the customer’s agreement when the alternative materially differs from the product ordered.

13. Promotions and Discount Codes

• Only one discount code may be used per order;

• discounts cannot be applied after an order has been completed;

• discount codes have no cash value;

Standard shipping is currently offered free of charge on eligible orders as described on the website. Express shipping may be available for selected destinations and products at an additional cost shown during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delays may result from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

15. Multiple Shipments

An order may be divided into multiple packages because of product availability, warehouse location, package size, or carrier requirements.

Separate packages may arrive on different dates and may have separate tracking numbers.

Customers will not be charged additional standard shipping fees solely because we divided an order into multiple packages.

16. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is normally responsible for return shipping costs.

When a product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the product ordered, Moudier will provide an appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return costs when a return is required.

No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.

17. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation by contacting support@moudier.com as soon as possible.

We will attempt to process the request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after the order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

If an order has already been dispatched, the customer may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers may submit reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, or other content where these features are available.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

30. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent legally permitted or removed when necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

31. No Waiver
